What steps are being done to keep the gym clean?
Every member gets a spray bottle with disinfectant and a clean towel to wipe down all equipment before and after each use. Employees diligently clean throughout the day during staffed hours (5a-9p M-F; 8a-8p Sa-Su). As necessary, we are also incorporating temperature scans upon check-in, utilizing masks, and limiting number of members accessing Mesh Fit Club at any given time.
What service offerings are included?
Membership includes access to top of the line fitness equipment and the best trainers in Columbus. Additionally, premium class packages are available for nominal incremental fees; classes offered include Yoga, HIIT, Power, Barre, Kickboxing, Pilates and so much more. Class instructors are certified with strong followings throughout Columbus.
What is the annual improvement fee used for?
The annual improvement fee of $100/member is used to enhance equipment and the gym experience for our members.
What is the membership cancellation policy?
Your Mesh Fit Club membership requires a 90 day termination notification. If you wish to terminate your membership, inform us via in-person or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and your membership will expire after three additional monthly billing cycles.
What is the cancellation policy for a scheduled personal training or group training session?
Personal and group training sessions must be cancelled no later than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Mesh Fitness reserves the right to charge for “no show” appointments and/or cancellations not made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
May I freeze my membership?
No, Mesh Fit Club does not offer frozen memberships.
When will I be billed?
Billing occurs monthly on the first of each month.
May I bring a guest?
We offer day passes for $20.00 per guest. All guests must sign liability waiver and adhere to the terms and conditions of Mesh Fit Club members. Day passes include unlimited instructor led group classes offered.
Is parking available and FREE?
Yes, parking is free for all Mesh Fit Club members. There are 600 complimentary spaces in a multi level parking garage located directly behind the gym. Street parking on Riverside Drive and Longshore Street are also available at no charge.
Is there an initiation fee?
There is a one-time $250 initiation fee due at time of new member sign up. Mesh Fit Club is a private fitness facility that offers limited memberships, and initiation fees enable us to limit total enrollment while also including premium amenities for our members.
Is there a contract?
Memberships automatically roll over month to month, and memberships require a 90 day termination notification. See “What is the membership cancellation policy?” Q&A for more detail.
Where do I park and is it metered?
There is a FREE Parking garage located directly behind Mesh on Longshore Street. There’s additional FREE parking on the streets surrounding Mesh.
Is there an area to store my personal belongings?
Yes, we offer day lockers at no cost. Members must bring their own locks.
Do you accept Silver Sneakers or similar programs?
No. Going forward, Mesh Fit Club is not able to honor Silver Sneakers or similar programs.
Are there any discounts?
While we don’t offer partnership discounts, there are paid in full and contract discounts. Single year contracts receive 5% discount off monthly billing and 2 year contracts receive 10% off monthly billing. Also, we offer paid-in-full discounts: single year prepaid memberships receive a free month (pay for 12, get 13th month free) and 2 year prepaid memberships receive an additional four free months (pay for 24, get months 25-28 at no cost).
Do you have a time limit on machines?
No, but please be conscientious of others. Due to limited membership, there are very few instances where use of machines is constrained.
Is Mesh Fitness open to the public?
We do offer day passes to the public. The daily rate of $20.00 per member.
Do you offer family memberships?
Yes. Family memberships are available and include everyone living under the same roof under 21 years of age. The cost of family memberships is the current single membership rate x 2, regardless of number of children living in the household.
