What are the a la carte options all about?
We at Mesh Fitness believe you should only pay for the services you use. We offer individual options customized to each member’s preferences. Each a la carte option is month-to-month; you may cancel specific options if you find that you are not utilizing the services.
What is the annual improvement fee used for?
The annual improvement fee of $39/member is used to enhance equipment and the gym experience for our members.
What is the membership cancellation policy?
If, at any time, you wish to terminate your membership, simply inform us via in-person or email us at email@example.com before the 25th of the month.
What is the cancellation policy for a scheduled personal training or group training session?
Personal and group training sessions must be cancelled no later than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Mesh Fitness reserves the right to charge for “no show” appointments and/or cancellations not made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
May I freeze my membership?
Yes, you may freeze your membership a maximum of 3 months per 12 calendar year period. There is a $5/month administrative fee for each month a membership is frozen.
When will I be billed?
Billing occurs monthly, and individual billing dates are tied to enrollment dates. For example, if you sign up on January 6, your billing will occur every month on the 6th. If billing date occurs on weekends or government holidays, billing may move to the next business day.
May I bring a guest?
In addition to our “Bring a Friend” a la carte offering, you may bring any guest for a single, complimentary workout during normal business hours. All guests must sign liability waiver and adhere to the terms and conditions of Mesh Fitness members.
Is parking available and FREE?
Yes, parking is free for all Mesh Fitness members. There are 600 complimentary spaces in a multi level parking garage located directly behind the gym. Street parking on Riverside Drive and Longshore Street are also available at no charge.
