Zone 1: Pulse
Welcome to the Pulse zone – where heart pounding cardio meets high tech fitness monitoring, giving you an optimal, high calorie burn workout. Heart rates are measured individually in real time, so whether you’re a beginner or a D1 athlete, this high intensity zone will challenge you.
10-12 People per class
Zone 2: Power
Whether you’re looking for defense training or a mixed martial arts workout, the Power zone is for you. Strengthen your legs, abs, arms and lungs while you punch, kick and throw your way through this workout. With state of the art Nexersys boxing systems, this zone will leave you feeling stronger & more powerful than when you started!
8-10 People per class
Cardio and Strength
Zone 3: Pedal
Grab the best seat in the house and join our high intensity cycling zone. Our instructor led class will keep you motivated with music, positive energy, and real time metrics – taking you on a calorie burning ride, using the same spinning bikes used by winners of the Tour de France.
12-14 People per class
From resistance machines that target individual body parts to full body functional training, we’ve got variety to keep you engaged and motivated. Our strength equipment glides with your natural body movements, providing fluid motion to rep out 3 sets of 10 or set that PR max.
Zone 4: Park
Take your fitness outside and leverage the beauty of Bridge Park. Our outdoor zone will be filled with many challenging activities, both group led and individual. Enjoy the metro park pathways that travel through Dublin and explore the riverbank outside Bridge Park.
15-20 People per class
Cardio and Strength
Enjoy great views of Bridge Park from a variety of cardio equipment. From treadmills to elliptical machines to stair climbers and more, we have a full assortment of cardio, allowing you to tone your body and strengthen your heart.
